前言|Preface：

江山雲出·云晴是雲出项目第二个开放地块，整体设计延续了首开区云峯的森居理念、台地空间、流畅构图、以及色彩设计。与雲峰不同的是，本地块总体景观面积较小，空间更为集中，如何兼顾社区功能、消化高差、同时创造舒适好用的公共空间，是本项目需要解决的核心问题。
Jiangshan Limpid Clouds & Sky is the second phase of the project, the overall design continues the concept the first open area, Terrace spaces, smooth composition, as well as the colorful design. Unlike Yunfeng, the new phase is smaller and the space is more concentrated. How to take into account the function of the community, smoothen the level differences, while creating a comfortable and functional spaces are key problems of the projects.

总平面图|Master plan:

场地紧邻首开地块，被建筑围合出规整集中的中庭空间。

The site is adjacent to the first open plot and is surrounded by buildings to create a central court space for the whole set.

入口空间|Main entrance：

中庭与市政路之间存在2.6米高差，入口界面离人行道很近，设计师通过曲面墙体与飘顶的结合，创造了独特的入口感受。梯级蜿蜒而上，在植物与水景的衬托下，归家氛围显得更为轻快。
There is a 2.6 meters level differences between the atrium and the municipal road, the entrance interface is very close to the sidewalk. Through the combination of curved walls and floating roof, the designer tried to create a unique entrance. The rungs meander up, and the homecoming atmosphere is lighter with the backdrop of plants and water features.

庭院空间|Garden space:

由主入口入园，为园内竖向低点，建筑首层标高由东北往西南逐渐递增，园区自然形成一个高差为2米的斜面。而园区进深仅68米，设计师不希望从入口开始空间便被一眼望通，于是借用场地高差，在入口节点处将地势抬起，通过水景、景墙、树阵的结合，形成焦点景观，收住视线。

From the main entrance into the park, it’s the lowest point of the project. The first floor of the building from the northeast to the southwest gradually increasing, the park naturally formed a 2 meters slope. The width of the park is only 68 meters, the designer wouldn’t like the visitors could have an idea of the landscape at a glance. Then we profit the level’s difference: At the entrance, it will be raised, then through the combination of water, landscape wall, tree array, forming a focus point to close the sight.

儿童活动区|Playground:

沿东北方向顺势往里走，场地又局部下沉，行成有趣又有安全感的环抱式空间。高差的出现加之安全的特质，为儿童活动场地奠定了基础，借用坡地，植入儿童功能，活力场地应运而生。

Along the northeast direction, the site partially sinking, we could see a fun and secure surround space. The appearance of level difference, coupled with the characteristics of safety, which seems perfect for the children’s activities, then the designers borrowed slopes, implanted playground, a dynamic venue emerged!

休闲空间|Leisure space：

沿着西南方向往内走，抬高的界面里植入了更多的功能。清爽纯蓝戏水池、舒适宽敞的休闲平台、翠绿开阔的阳光草坪，被纽带状的银色连廊很好的串联起来，在绿林的掩映下，形成舒适又放松的社交空间，无论是儿童还是长者，可以没有边界的在中心空间进行生活互动。
Go inward in the southwest direction, more features are embedded in the raised interface. Refreshing pure blue play pool, comfortable and spacious leisure platform, green open sun lawn, by the link-shaped silver corridor are well connected, in the shade of the green forest, forming a comfortable and relaxing social space. Either children or elders, could have no boundaries life interaction in the central space.

结语|conclusion：

设计师希望，在有限的空间里，不仅能为居民营造自然森居的生活环境，更是要为人们提供能有邻里互动、生命链接的公共空间，创造有温度的社区景观。
Designers hope that in the limited space, not only to create a natural living environment for residents, but also to provide a neighborhood interaction, life links to the public space. Our purpose is to create a warm, harmony community landscape.
