项目位于东莞市万江区中部发展单元，北接万江新中心，南接龙湾发展片区，属于老城棚改区。我们希望结合华南区气候特征，打造自然森系体验场所，营造内向型的空间，焕新老城区的城市界面。
The project is located in the central Development unit of Wanjiang District, Dongguan city, with Wanjiang New Center in the north and Longwan Development area in the south, belonging to the shantytown reconstruction area.

村口门前的大树、门廊，形成了儿时的记忆。走进翡翠澜湾，翻开梦境的序章，感受时间在这里轮转，感受生活在这里静谧，建筑在树影中若隐若现，与自然融合的更加亲近。The big tree porch in front of the entrance of the village, formed the memory of childhood into emerald LAN Bay, open the prologue of the dream, feel the rotation of time here, feel the quiet life here, the building in the shadow of the trees, and more close to the integration of nature.
顺水而归，过水而居，再现生活场景。拾阶而上，以水相迎，带给访客尊贵的体验。周边绿树成荫，花香四溢，加以跳泉咚咚作响，微风拂过，感受这独有的宁静，引导着人如同进入梦幻一般的时光空间。Up the stairs, water meets both sides, and the simple sales office stands in front of us, bringing distinguished experience to visitors. Surrounding trees, flowers overflow, to jump spring rattling, breeze blowing, feel this unique quiet.

水是自然的音符，水动景明，搭配铂金黑陶瓷砖的质感，灵动的水汇成一曲安心曲，迎接归家的人，安抚疲惫的心。
Water is natural notes, water moving jingming, collocation platinum black pottery ceramic tile texture, smart water confluence into a set of peace of mind, to meet the home of the person, appease the tired heart.

售楼处，超大的落地玻璃打通了室内外的空间，将外面的蓝天，白云，静水，鲜花，树木框进一幅艺术的画作之中，让人沉浸其中。
Inside the sales office, large floor-to-ceiling glass opens up the indoor and outdoor space, framing the blue sky, white clouds, still water, flowers and trees outside into an artistic painting, making people immersed in it.
设计让每个人回忆起当年在村落里树荫下乘凉的场景，整个区域形成社区的邻里中心，让每一个在此交流，回味曾经的美好时光。林间，光影变动，追溯时光的回忆；踏入林间的乐趣，也形成了生活的乐趣。
the art gallery is placed in the nature, and the green is integrated with the structure, and spreads in the center of the site, and the affinity of the space becomes granted.

迈着轻快的脚步，闻着淡淡的花香，在浓浓的绿茵之中，到达售楼处后场的艺术花园。在这里希望让你停下匆匆的步伐，这里有舒适简洁的交流空间，有可以近距离接触的精致水景，有最真实的森林氧吧体验，在这里你可以体验理想的居住生活。
Walking briskly, smelling light flowers, in the thick green, arrived at the art garden at the back of the sales office. Here, I hope you can stop your hurry. There are comfortable and simple communication space, exquisite water scenery for close contact, and the most real forest oxygen bar experience. Here, you can experience the ideal living life.
在绿茵的簇拥环绕之下，高低错落的圆盘好像一个架子鼓，一场林间的进行曲即将开始。

未见其身，先闻其声，乌桕树下高低错落的水圆盘，水流沿圆盘缓缓流下，静水长流中体验自然。

Through the cooperation of the owner, the designer and the construction party, the site is presented brilliantly.
港口码头、湾岸、水乡、浮桥、竞舟、舞灯、洲岛，下坝坊无一不记录着万江区记忆里所有的温情印象，以儿时记忆中水乡湾岸，巷道村落为灵感，巧妙结合场地与建筑，构成了项目充满艺术感的城市界面和生活场景。Port piers, bays, water villages, pontoons, boat races, dancing lights, islands, and Xiabafang all record all the warmth and affection in the memory of Wanjiang District. They are inspired by the water villages and laneways and villages in the childhood memories. Combining the site and the building, it constitutes the artistic urban interface and life scene of the project.The writing that inherits time and history continues the childhood memories and starts a new life.
