WJ STUDIO万境设计（WJ_STUDIO）

与设计总监配合，深度介入项目从概念方案到现场施工指导的全过程，实现项目的高质量落地。

1、拥有全日制建筑学本科及以上学历，三年以上工作经验，有知名大公司工作经验者优先；

2、有完整项目过程经历，熟悉方案设计、扩初设计、施工图设计及施工配合等各阶段工作流程，能够协调推进与室内、景观、结构等各专业团队的配合工作；

3、具备优秀的设计创意和深化设计能力，熟悉建筑规范，能够高效高质完成工作；

4、熟练使用CAD、Sketch Up/Rhino、Adobe PS等软件，掌握AI辅助设计优先；

5、具备良好的语言沟通能力及表达能力，责任心强，有极强的团队合作意识。

与设计总监、建筑师配合，独立带领团队完成从方案创作到施工现场的全过程，实现项目的高质量落地。

1、拥有全日制室内、环艺、建筑设计等相关专业本科及以上学历，三年以上工作经验，有知名大公司工作经验者优先；

2、具备优秀的方案创作能力和深化设计能力，熟悉建筑系统，对室内细节和施工标准有广泛了解；

与设计师配合，进行方案设计、汇报文本、建模及初步图纸绘制等工作。

1、拥有全日制室内、环艺、建筑设计等相关专业本科及以上学历，一年及以上工作经验；

2、具备优秀的设计创意，对自我有高要求，拥有对新知识和新技能的学习能力；

3、熟练使用CAD、Sketch Up/Rhino、3DMAX、Adobe PS等软件，掌握AI辅助设计优先；

4、敬业踏实，认真负责，具备较强的合作意识。

与合伙人及客户对接，编制服务建议书、报价、合同等相关商务文件，跟踪项目进展、合同执行及收付款相关事宜；维护现有资源并积极拓展潜在市场，建立新的合作机会等。

1、拥有商务、市场、工商管理或建筑学相关专业背景，三年以上设计行业商务工作经验，有知名大公司经验者优先；

2、应变能力强，有敏锐的市场洞察力，在大湾区有较好的政府关系及人脉资源者优先；

3、熟悉建筑/室内项目周期和工作流程，熟练使用Offce办公软件，能快速进行数据统计；

4、具备优秀的沟通表达能力，能同时对接处理多个项目任务，有极强的团队合作意识。

与设计师配合，进行概念方案、方案文本、建模等工作。

1、建筑、室内设计相关设计专业，本科四年级及以上的在校学生；

2、全职线下实习期三个月以上；

3、熟练使用CAD、Sketch Up/Rhino、3DMAX、Adobe PS等软件；

4、对设计有强烈的热情，积极主动，富有责任心；

5、实习补助100元/天（按实际出勤天数）。

Architect

Hangzhou & Shenzhen (1 each)

Collaborate closely with the Design Director throughout the entire project lifecycle from conceptual design to on-site construction supervision to ensure high-quality project execution.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from accredited institutions, minimum 3 years professional experience. Prior experience with renowned firms preferred.

2. Comprehensive project execution experience across all phases including conceptual design, design development, construction documentation and construction coordination. Capable of coordinating with interdisciplinary teams (interior, landscape, structural, etc.).

3. Strong creative design capabilities and technical detailing skills. Proficient in building codes with proven ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently.

4. Advanced proficiency in CAD, SketchUp/Rhino, Adobe PS. Experience with AI-assisted design tools preferred.

5. Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and exceptional team collaboration spirit.

Interior Designer

Hangzhou & Shenzhen (1-2 each)

Lead project teams independently from conceptual development to construction implementation while coordinating with Design Directors and architects to achieve premium project outcomes.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Environmental Art, or Architecture. Minimum 3 years experience. Prior experience with top-tier firms preferred.

2. Outstanding conceptual design capabilities with thorough understanding of building systems. Comprehensive knowledge of interior detailing and construction standards.

3. Advanced skills in CAD, SketchUp/Rhino, 3Ds Max, Adobe PS. AI-assisted design experience preferred.

4. Excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong accountability, and collaborative mindset.

Design Assistant

Hangzhou (2-3) & Shenzhen (1-2)

Support senior designers in schematic design, presentation development, 3D modeling, and preliminary drawing production.

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Environmental Art, or related fields. Minimum 1 year professional experience.

2. Creative design thinking with self-motivated learning attitude towards new technologies.

3. Proficient in CAD, SketchUp/Rhino, 3Ds Max, Adobe PS. AI design tools familiarity preferred.

4. Detail-oriented work ethic with strong collaborative spirit.

Business Development

Shenzhen (1)

Coordinate with partners and clients in proposal development, contract negotiation, project tracking, and payment management. Maintain existing partnerships while exploring new market opportunities.

1. Background in Business, Marketing, Management or Architecture. 3+ years BD experience in design industry. Top firm experience preferred.

2. Strong adaptability and market insight. Government connections in Greater Bay Area preferred.

3. Thorough understanding of A/E project cycles. Advanced Office suite skills for data analysis.

4. Excellent multi-project coordination abilities and team-oriented approach.

Design Intern

Hangzhou & Shenzhen (1-2 each)

Assist design team in conceptual development, presentation materials, and 3D modeling tasks.

1. Current undergraduate (senior+) in Architecture or Interior Design.

2. Minimum 3-month full-time onsite commitment.

3. Proficient in CAD, SketchUp/Rhino, 3Ds Max, Adobe PS.

4. Passionate about design with proactive working attitude.

5. Daily stipend: 100 RMB/day (based on actual attendance).
